Where are ALMÁE products made?
All ALMÁE products are designed in-house in London and are produced in China.
Is ALMÁE a sustainable brand?
At ALMÁE LONDON we value quality and ethical production. We operate with a minimum viable product approach to reduce our environmental impact.
Our factories and suppliers are properly vetted to ensure that they share our commitment to transparency, ethics and sustainability.

How should I care for my ALMÁE pieces?
- Rinse and wash in cold water with a mild soap
- Do not wash in warm or hot water
- Never put your swimsuit away whilst damp
- Do not dry in direct sunlight, always in the shade
- Do not iron or leave in the sun
- Be aware of items that damage your swimwear - suncream and chlorine can discolour items. Rough surfaces can cause snagging on garments
- Do not dry clean garments

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which shipping service you choose. At checkout you can choose which shipping option suits you best.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we offer global shipping! You can find shipping costs at checkout.
Will I pay taxes and duties?
Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by ALMÁE LONDON. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order.
If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact orders@almaelondon.com and wait for a response.

RETURNS
How do I return my order?
If you wish to return your items, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to log your return for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) as long as your item meets our full returns criteria.
To initiate a return, log into your ACCOUNT and follow the steps under your order.

Do I pay for postage on returns?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
On the rare occasion that one of our items is damaged, we will be happy to cover the cost of returning the item. Please email us at orders@almaelondon.com and we will be able to assist you!

Can I return sale items?
Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, only store credit.
Please carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

Can I exchange my order?
We offer a free size exchange for all UK customers. A free size exchange will be offered where only one size of an item has been ordered, if multiple sizes are ordered, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Please note, UK size exchanges are only offered on the same style purchased in a different size.
